With the launch of The Chief Marketing Officer Agent, Ledarna and Microsoft aim to reverse this trend and position digital transformation as an opportunity for all organizations — not just tech companies.

  • Select channels based on ROI, audience behavior, and market trends

“The Marketing Officer serves as a strategic hub connecting business objectives, audience insights, and creative communication,” says Fredrik Gustafsson, PR Specialist at Ledarna.

The AI agent’s experience is accessible to organizations with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. It includes both basic and advanced prompts that support a wide range of needs — from channel selection and campaign strategies to storytelling, SEO, and managing critical feedback.

It is easy to launch this agent, just follow the steps below:

1. Open your M356 Copilot and press on “Create Agent” to the right in the menu.
